dvd shrink read videos last week, but not this week

dvd shrink encountered an error cannot read e drive. When I try to open a dvd that I made last week, and was able to open, I receive this error message. I cannot open any of my homemade files, but I can open store bought dvds. Help Please.

If you bought some cheapo brand of media or a brand that your burner doesn't like, that might be the reason. You may also need to update the firmware on your dvd burner to be compatible with more of those brands.

I'm using all the same dvd's & the same computer & burner.

i was able view it last week with the same disks that i am trying to look at this week. nothings changed. just all of a sudden i can't open the same dvd's that i opened last week.
