ok turn off the xplorer360 and disconnect the hdd from pc. Then connect the IDE cable of xbox back to the hdd. Then turn off xbox. then reboot.

turn off xbox and pc. start hotswap again. I think your old ms dash has problem. This time you have to use the one you downloaded.
Then delete everything in partition 3. Then insert the ms dash you download.
Partition 4 backup everything to pc if you did not do it. Then delete everything except CACHE, TDATA, UDATA.

go inside the UDATA. Delete everything is in there.

Then put xbox hdd back to xbox and turn off. Restart xbox.

ok so now i have in partition 3:/Audio, Fonts, xboxdashdata.1012a700, xodash, xboxdash.xbe....but im not too sure should what i should have in the :partitio 4: section cause theres no files in the TDATA and UDATA and CACHE folders
