cant open vobblanker files with shrink

im having trouble opening my voblanker files with dvd shrink. but only in full disc mode. re-author works fine. im trying to backup some full discs. every time i try to open the files, gives an error and says "system cannot find file specified". my output folder reads
vob_moviename and subfolder video_ts. i have looked around the forum and havent quite found the right answer. can someone help please?

Vobblanker must of had some files marked as skip when the VIDEO_TS.IFO file was loaded. Run blanker and load the VIDEO_TS.IFO file from the original files you ripped to your HDD, once loaded click on the Proc.All button on the right of the window to make sure all is processed click on the PROCESS button on the bottom and wait. Once done, open those files with shrink.

thanks johnl123, that did the trick! appreciate the quick reply. i was about ready to pull my hair out. was workin fine. then poof. dont know what i'd do without these forums and people like you. thanks again.
