Are you sure you are ripping in File mode and preferences set to main movie + ifo. If you are and the rip completes successfully your files should be there, only missing the BUP file which will be created by Shrink after reauthor and backup.

I am in File mode with Main Movie and IFO. The files are there, they just do not appear when I go to reauthor. I've reset all the Decrypter settings and still the same thing. It copies all 11 files and when i open reauthor, nothing. Strange...

If the file is there you should be able to open it. You can always try the free ripper DVDFab Decrypter and rip to your HDD and then use Shrink. I maybe some protection on the disk that is stopping the file.

Thanks! I'll give that a try. I had no problems when I did a back up of The Producers (doing it the same way) So my guess is there is something on Casanova.
