Using DVD Fab, Shrink and Nero

Hi, I just downloaded Fab and need some help. After you run the process with FAB, how do you get it to Shrink and what's the newest version of Nero to use? I can't use Shrink for the newer movies and I hear Fab can handle them. Is there a guide available to get me thru this 3 step process?

DVDFab Decrypter outputs a folder of video files. The next step is to open the folder of files in DVD Shrink. If you have DVD Decrypter installed, DVD Shrink can also do the burn.

The newest version of Nero is Nero 7:

DVD Shrink can also be set to use Nero for burning. I generally prefer to use DVD Decrypter myself for burning via DVD Shrink.
