i can operate, i wear a white coat a work, and have the machines to do it too. although your chances of me messing you up are even greater than with a regular doctor. but of course i will still charge hundreds of thousands of dolars.

I doubt making a shaped charge nuclear device is possible due to the nature of radioactive material, but the shaped charge itself is doable though...
You get the #8 blasting caps off of Darthnip, i'll make a nice batch of PETN/Nitro base Plastique, and well send it to him in a package labelled "apology gift from the AD comunity"
