DVD Shrink won't playback on all copies

I have a burnt copy of a dvd when I make a copy to copy of this movie on my computer, it will play in all of my dvd players but when I use DVD Shrink v3.2.0.15 it will only play in one of my dvd players and not the others can someone shad some light on this?

I found out my problem i needed to save or burn the movies as a ISO image. but I still don't understand why it would play on one of the players and not the others.

First, make sure your burner's firmware is current. You can use this utility to determine what version is installed;

You can the check to see if an update is available as well as download it from here, just enter the burner's model# in the search field..

Second, it's not a really good idea to make a copy of a copy using shrink or decrypter, instead use Nero or roxio (or what ever software you have to make copies with) to make your copies either from the hard drive or from a disk. You can have Nero or roxio make mulitiple copies as well, you can also specify number of copies to be made if autoburning with shrink(I believe).

Use good quality media like a sony, verbatim, or TY brand. Keep the write speed at 4X or no greater than 1/2 the rated speed of the media.

You can increase compatibility between media and player by booktyping DVD+R (not able to use DVD-Rs) media as DVD-ROMs, your burner must support this feature so check with the manufacturer's web site. Here's some info on it;
