i wanted to make a copy of when a stranger calls and when i started the drive my dvd movie was in a box poped up stating an error invalid destination. I have used the dvd shrink before with no problems. the version I have is the 3.2 i see that an updated version is available 3.2.0.15 I thought I down loaded the program and it seem that the same 3.2 is running. Does anyone understand my problem or am I being to vage? thanks

Welcome :)

Shrink has not been updated for a very long time (1-2years) and is no longer supported as he now works for Nero. So it can not handle the latest encryptions.

You can backup this movie with dvd fab decrypter (free) or anydvd in which you have a 21 free day trial.

Do a search on "when a stranger calls". You will find that there are 3 threads with that in the title and should find more than enough info to help you out.
