Help me- i am a girl (and blonde!!) 1.5 iso's

hi there- i know this infor is probably out there, but i have read so many postings i have got quite confused! ;) (think of the hair colour!)
I have firmware 1.5 and have no problems playing iso's until i tried to play lemmings, exit and when i downloaded the 'dog happy life' the file extension was iso.dax ?? any ideas on how to turn that into a normal iso?
and can someone point me in the right direction of where to find compatible iso files with UMDEMU 0.8c?

right......i have downloaded the Dax ziso 0.62...have read the READ ME-- can someone briefly tell me if it is just another player or if it does anything else?

Now Now boys, the glory of the internet allows me to be shared round!!
Now back to business!!- Is there a way to shrink iso files as i can only get 3 games or so on my 2gb stick with UMDEmu on it too-- is there a compressor somewhere?
AND can i change my background on the v1.5 to pink like i can on the 2.6?

search 1.5 Background here on AD (colors go by months, so eventually pink will roll around), there's lots of topics on it, u do have to write to your flash to do it, so just be forewarned. as to the iso's on the 2GB stick, i've got a 1GB and can fit 3 or 4 game iso's on it, it all depends on what games you want, some are tiny, some are much bigger, but i usually will only put 2 iso's at a time on my MSDuo, w/ UMDemu.

thanks for that-and ur right about the ISO's--(of course!)
if i bought a 4gb harddrive for it, would that solve my probs or would it interfere with my firmware (dont want to lose my 1.5 obviously!)

Its Big,bulky and sometimes loosen up, meaing it comes out a little, losing your power supply. I wudnt recomend that.

the 4 gb sandisk card for psp is out check out it prices but dont expect it cheap. post bak wat u found on the prices . here is saudi arabia its for around 750 riyals
$1=3.75 riyals
so that will be $200

its about £100 here (on ebay too!) which is approx. $200
its quite a fair amount saying i can get the hard drive for £70 ($140).
But saying that, if the harddrive is bulky (which it looks) and problematic i might aswell save up for a 4gb.
Has anyone found the 4gb memory card cheaper?

i am also having trouble loading 'derby time' iso- i have tried looking at the compatible iso chart with umdemu, it says it shoud load but has a note saying 'run umd'
as this is an iso file, wot do i do?
any help?

HELP ME!!!!
I have got 'the dog happy life' iso file.
i have umdemu 0.8c and on that compatibility list (see above posts) it says i need to:
run umd + umdemu
wot does this mean??

it means download run umd, put it on ur memstick.
start up umd emulator, but where it says emulation mode before you choose your iso, chose system menu, then hit load, it'll bring u back to the system menu, now goto Game > Memory Stick > Run UMD.
that's how you load those iso's that require Run UMD (if my memory serves me correctly) i'm not sure on it though, but that should get them to load, try it and post back.
