$90 is fairly pricey for a mod chip. But the ability to recover bricked PSP's will be very appealing.

I wonder how many people have thrown there bricks out cos they thought they were stuffed.

After reading the the further info, I still wasn't sure wether they were saying that you needed to solder or not.

im wondering now if this will repair bricked psps as its no longer bein called a replacement u can clearly see its added not replaced. so would the psp not need the primary flash memory to work befor it can boot from the secondary

i hope u dont have to solder it , it means the cost will be more and youll have to get it done by sum1 else...
it would be better if u just open ur PSP and then stick it in there by taking sum wires of and stickin them on the mod... or sumin like that......

It says in the description... "Since U.P. provides a secondary flash which the PSP can boot from, it can even be used to restore a PSP which has been "bricked"
