i have installed dvd shrink and Anydvd on mysisters computer as well as dvd fab decrypter- after putting movie on hard drive and after going to open files locating the movie then hitting back up it always freezes.. can anyone help? thanks

Try uninstalling DVD Shrink and then reinstall.

I will remove and reload DVD Shrink also do the c cleaner maybe that will help thanks

Following on from ^ make sure you have the latest version 5.9.6.1 and what programme did you use to put the movie onto your HDD?

Also make sure that your sister does not have DVD43 installed as there will be conflicts.

we dont get no error just freezes up....i put the any dvd 5.9.6.1 on this morning and i will check that she dont have the dvd 43 thanks for all the response
