i dont know about 0.4 but i used the update with 0.41 and well its great. i can now run music umds which i couldnt and play gta with the cheat device without crashing and save and load with street fighter :D

EDIT: nevermind, I found out on wikipedia that it needs 2.6
Great acheivement for the PSP though.

street fighter works and thats 2.6. if u use the iso its worth tryin as there is an option to trick it in2 thinkin its a 2.00 umd rather then 2.6.

Does the Smackdown vs Raw iso work?
Is it possible that this loader can load any iso even those whick need double loaders i mean the MPH and runUMD method!

hmm i was thinkin as this emulates another flash memory in a way. for reading and writing (im guessin as i have managed 2 save a background and its still there later after goin back 2 1.5 then back 2 2.5) coudnt u try and update 2 a later firmware and it will write 2 the memory stick rather then 2 the actual flash memory? i know i am probably bein 2 stupid and wishful and will probly get laughed at now....

SHIT!!!! I nearly brick my PSP, or worst, upgrade it.... I installed Dev Hook, the DH folder in root of memory stick, the 2 folders DEVHOOK AND DEVHOOK% in the PSP\GAME folder, I opened the Devhook and I went down to firmware and chose Firmware 2.50 & 2.00, and I press start... I thought it go to the menu and I can use the web browser, but no, it became a BLACK version of the screen with wavy lines. I was like, SHIT!!!!! Then I Hardboot the PSP and it comes up with the Rebuild PSP like when I downgraded my psp, and It came back, I thought it was 2.5 but luckily it stayed 1.5, hope this expierience helps people to downgrade from 2.6... Also, from this expierience, I will probally not use DevHook Ever again.... But may I ask, the readme stuff was all in jibbirish, how do I get this to work with the broswer and all that without it doing what happened just now.

Biablo, loo at my post on the first page to get BoF working, that was the one game i wanted to work and now it plays flawlessly;) An untouched iso will be fine.
@BomBayBoy - Aprrecitate u finding the battlefront 2 prx's, could only find decrypted ones from DBZ. actually have the battlefront prx's on my desktop, couldnt figure out how to post them on rapishare:(
@3dlius - I hear ur pain, I thought i hit the update button when I was trying to boot Capcom claasics, scary as hell. It a great loader once u use it a bit, and the compression is actually better than dax!

hi ive got fifa world cup but it is 1.21gb and i only have a 1gb stick how can i make it smaller, i have removed the pad files in umd gen but still no luck

i got it to work well then when it asks whether you want to enable auto save, after clicking yes or no it crashes after that. By crashes i mean a black screen appears and if i click home it gets stuck at please wait....

Try a prx swap, that should solve the problem. Exact same thing happened to me with capcom classics. Put some SWB 2 prx's in, now im playing strider!!!!
