When it goes to analyze it starts and then it strarts to pause and start again keeps doing this and shows its going to take over an hour. Any help would be appreciated.

blueman24 Try un-installing shrink and re-installing it. Also has your DVD drive firmware been updated to the latest. How much memory does your computer have and are you shutting down your anti virus, etc. It might be because you have something running in background that is causing this. If that does not work please getr back with us and we will help

Could be everything he ^^ said. Maybe the comp needs to be cleaned; updated.

Shrink takes up a lot of the PC so make sure you minimize what you're running.

Another thing to check besides the good suggestions above - make sure you're in DMA mode and not PIO mode.
