I'm having problems with DVD Shrink. When hit the backup button DVD Shrink closes. Any solutions out there. I also use Nero 6 OEM SUITE which came with Lite-On DVD/CD Burner.
I'm burning DVDs. I have know idea what has happened but I used to put in a DVD and start DVD Shrink, I would push Backup Button and it would go through the Analsys and when it was done the DVD would eject and DVD Shrink would wait for you to put in the right disk to burn to. DVD Shrink will not go the encoding process when I push the backup button.
What movie(s) are you trying to backup? DVD Shrink hasn't been updated in years so it can't handle new encryptions. Are you ripping to HDD first using something like DVDFab Decrypter which is being actively updated or AnyDVD which runs in the background breaking encryption while you encode? Also if you've updated Nero 6 past 6.6.0.18 you've probably got a buggy version that doesnt' support autoburning with DVD Shrink.
DVD Shrink tends to automatically shut itself down if the disc has some type of heavy copy protection on it. What movie are you trying to backup? I would try running AnyDVD in the background or rip the disc to your hard drive first with DVDFab Decrypter.
