I copy it with DVD+R DL by using Shrink and Nero. Everything works fine except the Menu, such as episode selection or jump to scene. No matter what I choose, it starts from the beginning or stop. Anyone encounter the same problem?

Try ripping to HDD first using DVD Decrypter in ISO read mode, then burn the MDS file in ISO write mode with DVD Decrypter or Imgburn. This method should give you a 1:1 backup.
