they actually do its for spare parts aspecial if they want to make a new one they could take the lcd screen etc.

I dont care if there is or isnt a downgrader for 2.80 (the firmware i have), all i want is a devhook or an eloader that can run both kernal-mode and user-mode abilities for my PSP
Now that.. will be a great christmas present
