Using DVD Shrink after DVD Decrypter on a movie

I used DVD Decrypter to decrypt a movie on my laptop which does not have a DVD burner. In order to burn it I transferred these decrypted files in the VIDEO_TS folder to a desktop which had a DVD burner. When I used DVD Shrink on those decrypted files in the VIDEO_TS folder, DVD Shrink generated an error message "failed to open VIDEO_TS.VOB". It appears that VIDEO_TS_VOB was not generated by DVD Decrypter.

Can anyone help me to correct this problem? I no longer have the movie around to restart DVD Shrink with, all I have now are the decrypter files from DVD Decrypter.
