I have a question, is DVD Shrink have the same decrypting abilities as DVD Decrypter, but just has the ability to shrink the size. And if I wanted could I remove the protection and burn a DVD just using DVD Shrink, and Nero?

mikedk90 Yes but it will not do the newer protections as Shrink has not been updated in some time. Now you are talking about movies that you own and are backing up. The newest protections cannot be done by Shrink and have to have newer programs and that would be either DVDFab or the best out there is AnyDVD and Clone DVD II heckout the sites below and see for yourself. But you can still use Shrink with FabDVD or AnyDVD to resize and Nero to burn. Good luck....

I don't understand, I thought that DVDD was removed due to legal issues, then why are there these AnyDVD amd FabDVD programs being built and sold, or are they not as powerful as decrypter. Has anyone has issues using DVDDec. with any newer movies, because Benchwarmers worked for me, and thats a 2006 movie, and DVD Shrink was succesfull as well, so my question is will they even come out with a newer version than DVD Shrink 3.2

P.S Nero 7 Ultra Edition has been the best 90$ spent, my most favorite program to work with.

@ mikedk90,

if u like to use DVD Decrypter than u can use Ripit4me program that incorparates programs, heres a link and guide for it

also, No there will not be a new version of either DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter and they havent been updated in 2 years, and thats why some of the newer movies wont work with these programs without help from other programs
