The problem happens on ANY DVD I try to back up. I do have AnyDVD installed as well. I also uninstalled it and still have the same problem. I swear it has something to do with the upfates I have been receiving from Microsoft. I have been using DVDshrink for YEARS and never had a problem. Any other ideas?
Oh, I also tried pulling over just the movie and doing "reauthor", same thing happens...

i have a problem with shrink aswell.....i go step by step the way ur surpose to go with drang and drop,what audio i want ,and all of this is for the movie only re-auther..
every thing goes good but when its done with the backup the file either comes out as "ifo" or the file is blank,and when i try as "iso" i get audio but no video.......any help would be great thx>>

@dekan

Are you using anything other than DVD Shrink to decrypt your DVDs. Shrink won't handle many disks on its own because it cannot handle structural copy protection schemes. You have to use AnyDVD or another ripper like DVDFab Decrypter or DVD Decrypter with PSL files which Ripit4me automates for you.
