first thanks kealvarlo i got it to work but if someone can help me i need an answer i got everything to work but the wifi internet when i click scan it says " an internal error has occured" i have a router can someone please help i cant wait to play socom 2 thanks

OMG playboi no offence but please use some better gramer when tring to explain somthing cus i could barley understand anything u wrote. now u say "When 1.5 boots run psar dumper press x" but there is no psar dumper in Kealvaro/chunglams easyinstaller v2.7z so WTF??? im not gonna try anybodys version of emulating 2.82/3.01 firmware untill Kealvaro confirms that it works first. now if u can explain (step by step) one more time on how to play socom FTB2 online i would be greatfull. Just call it the Super Duper noob friendly guide and put up links to any kind of software that we need to download (like "psar dumper" whatever that is) and then post it. Also it couldnt hurt to number your steps either. Youtube vids are always welcome as well

you gotta dump cuz it use sig check and every psp has its own the steps are not hard very easy and it only take 5-10 min and you gotta press x no other button when dumping

i dont know about that try reinstalling it and use mine as i did almost everything for you, i played socom 2 online with no prob

well i was obviously referring to mine which i put everything you need to dunp and then emulate 3.01 and i never said anything about theres as you can see there was a link below duhh

some of you will get a corrupt game save ur game save is not corrupt its the devhook its self i and a lot of pll have experienced this even fw1.5 so dont ask this ?

Hold up, do I REALLY need to flash the configfile? If so, where does the file flash to because I dont want to flash anything on to my TA-082 cause I dont want a brick. First I need to know if its safe enough to do so.

I can change the version to 3.01 and 2.80 and etc...
Only if i load an iso file says "cant extended prx handler"

what's wrong with HEND????
I have to reset psp 4-6 times to load the HEND. SO everytime I change iso, I will have a hard time to load HEND. This is so annoy!!!
Do you have any other way around? or how to load HEND on the first 2 tries?

after i emulate to firmware 3.01. can a emulate back to my first fw 2.71???? What u mean by copy back the backup file???? actually i already follow the step for the 2.71. So if i want use fw 3.01 should i format my 2.71 data??? or backup the data can u tell me more you mean about copy again your backup file to the root of your psp??? thx alot thx for the gelp now i can play ISOs/CSOs file. and now i wnat to try fw 3.0. Please tell me more deeply about it

Yes I have. I followed Kealvalro's guide and everything went well. I was able to emulate 3.01 with no problem.

Wtf? When I emulated 3.01, it gave me a blue screen of death and when I exited, I turned it off and reset my psp settings.. Wonder what went wrong.

When you say placing back your old devhook, does that mean we are uninstalling everything we just did even what we wrote to flash? Or are we keeping everything but replacing the DevHook with Chunglam's mod?

Hi everybody ...maybe Im in the wrong forum, but I already post some questions, so here we go, I just bought from ebay a used psp, described as everything work fine, but is not reading UMD disk, this psp have a 2.6 fm and is not a TA-082, there is any way to load isos and dont need to have a UMD disk inside in order to play them???..thanx in advance

OK, so if I use this downgrade its not neccesary to have a UMD disk on the PSP ??? somebody told you MUST have a UMD inside...
