Yeah I think you can, but what would be the point of emulating 1.5 in 2.71 SE-C?

but if it does have lock-ups in some of the game i wonder if it can be fixed.is it possible running devhook with 2.71 to play games so that there is no lock ups
hmm im thinking can u change the bootsound,gameboots,fonts in it
but SE-c has too many updates and tools to install. can u please just tell me the list of files to get.dont need the links i will try to find it.coz u already been a great help thanks

What do you mean by updates and tools?
Well here are some things to get for 2.71 SE-C:
-MP3 module
-DevHook autoboot module
-Screen Capture module
-Dangerous USB Mod for 2.71 SE-C
-1.5 EBOOT.PBP which should be renamed to UPDATE.PBP and then put into X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\ in case you need to repair your PSP.
Wait I just realized, if you can't flash your PSP once downgrading then you wont be able to use recovery mode to recover as it cant flash.
Hmm, you might be better off getting 1.5 after all.

yup i was thinking of that.nevermind thxs anyway maybe i just wait till i get a 1.50 psp and try this thing out on my old 2.71 ta-082.maybe i will get one this month

Yeah well when you get the 1.5 PSP, I recommend that you update it to 2.71 SE-C.

i have successfully emulated my PSP to 3.01...but when i shut the psp off and again start it..it come backs to 2.71...then i have to again run then HENDZ and again setup the devhook and the flash......after this i can play the ISO games...but sometimes the game crashes off and again the psp is converted back to 2.71..PLZZ anybody help...

but only factory 2.5's Ta-082 psp can use it not the 2.60's

No its not fake, it has been posted on http://www.psp-hacks.com as well.
EDIT: Its confirmed to be faked by DA and other devs.

it says it is a fake on the link so i dont think you want to use it but it says it doesnt brick your psp so i hope no ones psp got bricked

well what do u know,i though i was going to downgrade it today afternoon but when i woke up seeing pspupdates.
darkalex said that it was a fake and the eloader crashes so i think it means it will just crash the whole time that well at least i get to stay with my 2.71 ta-082 to help ta-082 users
oh and i am thinking of throwing another easy installer maybe just an add-on

Same :( I was thing of downgrading too but it turned out to be a fake. hopefully a trusted programmer can make a downgrader..

I've read on another board that ff7 was running at full speed on the ps1 emulator..is that true? if so why would it run slow even when i increase my ps1 cpu speed to 800%?

a question.
I used your easy installer "K" and flashed FW 3.02. It works good now.
But now I have lost the ability to permanantly set wallpapers.
example . once i set the wall paper, it stays there. Once I cold boot, the wallpaper is off. This was not the case before flashing 3.02.
How can I get back the ability to set wallpapers?
