As soon as the screen turns black, hold home until you gte to 1.5. Should go to 1.5 after 5-10 seconds of holding home. Note: This is only for Devhook .46.
My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

I wouldn't know, I don't have a wireless internet connection.

first thanks for all the great files and posts.
i have successfully emulated my Ta-082 to 1.50 but can not get usb host to work. I have a 1.50psp and usbhost works perfect and it detects it right when i go into devhook launcher mod 1.35. i placed all the files into the ta-082 but it just turns off. i know both of my psp are working opposite. ones emulating higher and the other one is emulating lower firmware. my question is there any way to play ISO via usb with the ta-082 model.

There is a new fix for those who downgraded their TA-082 PSPs and can't get ISOs to load from PC through USB anymore. It's actually a corruption of the idstorage keys during the downgrade process.
http://pspupdates.qj.net/USBHostFS-and-P...pg/49/aid/79180
Let me know if this works for anybody.

i went to the website and it told me to then go to lan.st but i guess their site is down right now. i will try again later. thanks. i have one more question if you dont mind. on my ta-082 how do i emulate more than one firmware. do i replace the dh/3.01 folder or what is the best devhook for that. i have devhook0.4x launcher for 2.71 that lets me emulate 1.5 and devhook 46 for my ta-082. I know i should upgrade devhook to emulate higher but when i do that is it automatic mulitple firmwares or do you have to add files. thanks

well there must be something MASSIVELY wrong with your system if it says anything bout version 9.99. because dude, it only got to 3.03 so far, and did you emulate the higher version or not? just get oe-b, then ur set.

The guide for emulating 3.02 fw on 2.71 ta-082 says that u need the US fw update file; i'm a bit worried does it update the firmware to 3.02 or emulate it and run it off the memory stick? The download description says u shudn't use it if u are an avid homebrew user:
Filename: 302_FW_US.rar
Size: 20.89MB
Downloads: 60,458
Description:
3.02 (US) Firmware Update. Can be successfully emulated via DevHook v0.51 -- DO NOT upgrade if you're an avid homebrew user.
Any help wud be gd
thx

If you are still in 2.71 hen-d your downgarde (if this is really a downgrade you want to do) doesn't work .. normally after the downgrade you must be in FW 1.5.

If you follow the guide on the 1 page you will not update your own firmware to 3.02, you will just emulate it from your memory stick. The real firmware of your psp will stay on 2.71

No I don't have to do that because I downgarded my psp to 1.5 and then upgrade it to the dark alex 3.03 firmware.. After that you don't have to use devhook anymore, you can do all you want directly from the real firmeware

ah, i see Lux209, that sounds way better. Could u help me out and point me in the right direction to achieve what u got on your PSP LOL!?
BTW, is there any danger of bricking the psp by launching HEND and Devhook 0.51 everytime u open it to emulate 3.02?
