i think there is no need to put a 3.03 downgrader rite coz the steps are very easy.does anyone need an easy downgrader?

3.10 official release for everyone. And there's been a rumour going on that BOOSTER and Dark_AleX are working on a way to write files to the flash for a bricked PSP.
My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

Sorry for double posting. How do you delete a message on afterdawn?
My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

Copy all these files and leave every thing else as your original instructions .
what do you mean 'when finish try placing a colorful background pic and run hend' do you mean add a pic to the photo directory?
make sure the hend folder is fully shown up before clicking it. - you mean make sure all the files have copied.

Hi quick question
I have a set of 2.71 TA board .
Must I downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.03OEc OR
I can juz upgrade lik that to 3.03OEc
Pls advice
And another set of 2.6 Non TA board too
Must I downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.03OEc OR

Yes you must downgrade to 1.5 before upgrading to any custom firmware like 3.03 oe-c. You always have to downgarde for all psp models before ugrading to custom firmare
my psp 2.71 ta-082 run now the 3.03 oe-c ! :-)

hey guys, im about to attempt on modding my psp using the guide on page 4? correct me if im wrong, but i was reading this
"3.move "flash0","flash1","reboot.bin" to memorystick 150 path make sure "reboot bin" is the folder. "
what is that telling you to do? move all those files to the 150 folder in your memory stick?

that statement above also confused me a bit, sorry if this is a noob question but i just need to make sure that i do everything is right, caause ive bricked a psp once before, i dont want to make another mistake, thanks in advance

Hi, guyz!
I've downloaded the Devhook "K" easy installer and followed the steps until 15.Now Click on start and wait.for about 5-15secs it depends on your memorystick speed,now u will be in 3.02. Press "HOME" button to take off the devhook menu.and do the firmware settings then go check your check you "system information" in system settings".. The Problem is that after I follow the step 14.Go to "FLASH INSTALL".now read and do this carefully,in here Choose "install configfile to flash1:.after that u again will be in a dos mode lookalike.now over here press and hold the "O" button for 1secs and u will see it saving files the files are being copied and them it show an blue screen with "Setting information is corrupted. Press the O button to repair and restore default settings". If I do that, well, first time I was in 2.71 with my MS formatted. I tried again and now I'm in 3.02. Is that OK? This is how it was supposed to happen?

woww it such a fast progress in this thread, the last time i visit is only the chunglams version that emulates 2.82, and now i complete a noob lol... now it have 3.03OE-C.. please give me details what is this 3.03OE-C. Does this can play iso thru USB and memory card also??? does chunglams can also be install in this 3.03OE-C??? Thanks...

Yes if you are now able to emulate the 3.02 it's ok.. You can play iso with the formware 3.02..
my psp 2.71 ta-082 run now the 3.03 oe-c ! :-)

everytime i click the d/l button it just sends me to the upload page.

1. when i swich form 2.71 to 3.02 i hav to run install flash form the dh menu every time?
2. when I want to swich back to 2.71 from 3.02 i just reboot the PSP, cause i can't run any dh. is that right?

1. No to swtich to 3.02 from 2.71 just run HEND then DH, in DH just select the 3.02 firmware and start it.
2. Yes if you want to switch back to the 2.71 (real firmware) the only way is to reboot your PSP.
my psp 2.71 ta-082 run now the 3.03 oe-c ! :-)

I have a TA-82 running 2.71 firmware as new from the factory. I don't want to risk downgrading. I've tried HEND / devhook (numerous versions) and fastloader. I cant get any of them to work can anyone advise whats the best thing to do.

hi ppl.. i need some help.. wat am i supposed 2 do i have a 1.5v psp but it also has devhook 0.51 beta. would i have to delete all devhook folders and start updating or what ? or is it possible to install 3.03oe-c straight away?

I also own a TA-82 shipped with 2.71 firmware. I downgraded to 1.5 then to 3.02-oea > 3.02-oeb. don't be afraid, 3.03oec is worth the risk. Devhook is good for certain things. But when exiting games, the psp freezes sometimes... this is just so much more simple. Plus you will be able to free up space on your memory card.

I need some help.
I have a ta-82 fw 2.71 jap version white PSP.
I tried the mod on page 10. When I reach to the final steps of using Hend the second time after downgraded to 1.5, I couldn't load the Hend anymore. In the Hend folder, theres only 1 file showing instead of 2 files. ANd when I click in, it shows me the picture instead of loading. Anyone else had the same problem before?
PLease help :)

hi great stuff! Just have a quick question. I'm done with all the instructions, but when i'm putting in the Devhook settings on the PSP for (UMD SELECT : XMB-BOOT[usus-00001].cso ) i don't have that option, mine just says "UMD DISC" and i can't change it. Is that normal or did i do something wrong? Thanks in advance.

i have raw vs smackdown 2007 iso and i need to know what i need to play it in my psp.. i tried devhook o.51 and emulating 3.02 to play.. it played a bit until when i chose my wrestler and right before the match began it went to a dark screen and nothing... anyone can help me?

I have a quick question, what is the XMB-BOOT[usus-00001].cso for? Whenever I try to load it, my PSP freezes then turns off. I don't know what it is for.

I dont know in what step you are ? in the las step you have to reinstall HEND..
my psp 2.71 ta-082 run now the 3.03 oe-c ! :-)

Wait, can someone clear this up. After you've successfully installed Devhook and everything, can you delete PSARDumper?

dude, don't be wasting time with devhook and all that crap, just emulate the fw into 3.03 oe-c dont do 3.10 oe-a tho yet. not all the bugs are fixed yet. if you dont know how, just ask ill help you out till you get it ive done 4 psp now so dont worry i know what im doing
