instructions:

A) Moving the files
1.Extract all the files in here to your memorystick root with winrar
Note:remember place it straight to your memorystick root that is to open My Computer then Removable drive (Example Removable Disk ( I :)),Extract all the files here.then u're done

B) Downgrading your 2.71 TA-082 Mobo
1.Start your PSP then Goto Photo then >>>>> HEND.
Note:A blue screen will show up or Blue then green screen will show up then it will autoreboot,but if it freezes or it goes red screen then u will have to redo again.

2.After your PSP reboots itself, In your PSP Go To "GAME" >>>> "Memorystick" and Run the Homebrew idstoragechange it needs 75% of battery and it will change some of the keyes.accept and finish it.

3.when u finish then again Goto Photo then >>>>> HEND.
Note:A blue screen will show up or Blue then green screen will show up then it will autoreboot,but if it freezes or it goes red screen then u will have to redo again.

4.Once your PSP starts again,Goto Game then >>>>> Memorystick then run the Homebrew Named Update X.YX.
Note:The generic downgrader will also need 75% battery. IT will downgrade your psp to 1.50.

5.Now Accept the conditions by Pressing the X button and wait till it finishes.
Note:Once it finishes,you have to press the X button to restart the PSP

6.when it restarts,u will get a blue screen,press theO button to comfirm(must).
Note:once done u should be in the part where u have to enter your personal stuff,Do it then u are Done

C) Updating your 1.50 PSP to 3.03 OE-C
Note:You must have enough battery to do this,best to plug your AC Adapter in, just in case it switches off when the battery is done for...

1.In your PSP goto "GAME" >> "Memorystick" and Run the Homebrew "3.03 OE-C Firmware Install

2.Now you will be in a black screen with an agreement that tells u to accept it.just Press X and it will write and flash the files.leave the PSP as it be until it finishes.it takes less than 2mins

3.once done it will ask u to manually restart your PSP.do it by HOLDING DOWN the POWER switch and it will fully shutdown.

4.Hold the R.trigger and switch on your PSP,u will go to a purple screen that is the recovery menu

5.Go to Configuration then change these,Press X to enable or disable things

Skip SCE logo >>>> Disable it
Hide corrupt icons >>>> Enable it
Game folder Homebrew >>>> 1.50 kernel,press X to change it
Autorun program at /PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT.PBP >>>> Disable it if u do not know bout it
Use No-UMD >>>> Enable it
Fake Region >>>> this is up to u
Free Umd region >>>> i think this is for the movies that u watch from umd

once done,go back to the main menu and Press X on Registry Hacks and change the following
button assign >>>> this is to choose weather u want to use X as the entering button or O as the entering button
activate WMA >>>> Press X to confirm on it
activate Flash Player >>>> Press X to confirm it.this may come in handy when going to the internet
