NEW COMPUTER NEW SHRINK DOWN LOAD.
TRYING TO COPY MOVIE AND I GET ERROR MESSAGE ( ERROR/CANNONT CONNECT TRF. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO , HERE IS MORE INFO I AM GETTING

Hi rfwelch
Sounds like you are using Nero 6.6.1.4. This version 'broke' the autoburn w/ Shrink. So go back a version to 6.6.0.18.

Here's sticky in the Shrink forum for taking Nero down a step to correct this:
