after i click backup, dvd shrink dissapears

Here lately whenever i click backup, DVD Shrink dissapears after a few seconds. i don't know how to fix it. i liked the program so far.

That's can be one of the things Shrink does when it can't handle the copy protection. Which movie(s) does it do this on?

Here are some other programs to use that handle the newer stuff - they use Shrink also.

This is most likely caused by an encryption issue that shrink can't handle, so try using an alternate like DVDfab decrypter to rip the DVD video files files with. When DVDfab is done open them using shrink and proceed as you normally would.

This is a known problem. Try disabling (Burn With Nero)in shrinks preferences.

thank you. that''s the answer i was looking for. it worked.i never had a problem with DVD Shrink. but i couldn't find anything about this problem. by the way, i let css= region free run in the backround, so far shrink and that, took care of everything.
