There can be a lot of things that can freeze up your system.

* not enough of airs or fans running through
* overheated
* corrupted or invalid structure or cells
* not enough of RAM memory (i.e. multi tasking)
* spywares, etc.

Out of curiosity, what movie is it?

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

Also, what kind of system spec's do you have? Ram, HD, etc. Make sure you are not multi-tasking when running shrink. Shrink is very cpu intensive and likes to play by itself.

How long since you blew the dust bunnies out of your computer case? This can cause overheating and freezes.
