calm down man. Now just follow the guide and you should be fine. Incase you don't know, both those things touch the PSP flash and can brick your PSP so be careful. Install POC before XFlash.

frankie do u mind to tell me the steps of re-installing my devhook to make my internet browser work? tnxs buddy and i really want ur wallpaper can u send it to me also ready with a bitmap image so i can easyly change my own old pic. tnx! cheers........

you just delete the current devhook instalation of your memory stick and run the ultimate installer ( http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/673 )
I added my background to the end of my guide due to popular demand (around 20 requests) To convert it, open it in MS Paint and click File:/Save As.. and choose to save it as a 24 Bitmap Image. Enjoy!

i haven't tried it yet but im sure it will work, bec u seem to know everything tnx mate! about that wallpaper thing i've tried to that what u just ask me to do but still i got a warning says resolution is too big something like that but i dont get a boot the thing is nothing happen i still have the old wallpaper. hope u give time on this frankie. tnx again for this thread

kayamokid, edit your sig ASAP to conform to forum specs as you are way out of spec.
2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.

WOW some big image... oh and franki ive found a C/FW that seriously kills your one mnan. i even had to to uninstall yours and put my one on. its the same thig as harle g but more features!!!!

dnt worry...if u wanna be safer!! upgrade to 2.0 then downgrade that way u will have 100% more chance of being successfull!

1.your sig is again to big reduce it.
2.go to www.psp-hacks.com > on the left hand side u will see a tab called "backgrounds" click on it and then just pick the picture you want!

im so scared man... i thought i bricked it last night... stayed up til like 5 in the morning tryin to make this work. when i loaded the game into davhook and tried playin... it told me i need to upgrade to 2.5... i got scared and deleted everything off of my memstick. :(

frankie i tried man; no success... ur guide is leet, but im such a nub when it comes to matters like this. i've spent alot of money($250 for the new psp... sold it brand new for 150 to some scrub who took advantage of my desperation; went to 8-9 different pawn shops so that i would have a psp that wasnt ta-081(btw thanx to the guy who posted on how to distinguish ta-081's), and then i spent $180 for that one. thats about $300 dollars fellas, but i believe in my heart that it'll b worth it. like i said, i am willing to send cash via paypal for a phone walkthrough or even some1 taking over my computer and walkin me through teh process) i left my rig on all night d/ling games. i tried to follow the guide, but im sure i messed up along the way - thought for sure i had bricked it. help a nub out! thx fellas and fellettes!

listen dnt be scared. like i sad b4, update to 2.0 then downgrade to ensure you have the cleanest FW. then on Franki's guide jump straght to insatlling Harley G's C/FW thats it.
im going to make a guide on a C/FW thats much better than this so...

where would i find the upgrade to make mine 2.0... then what program do i use to downgrade? like i said b4... the things yall talk about sound like a foreign language to me :( would prefer tutorials with pics if possible. thanks from an uber nub.

hey touran22, i checked out that custom firmware. Looks Wicked. i would install it but i have 2.71 Se-B''. I might add it to the guide. As for dagodwu, check your Private Messages. You will have my hotmail account and i will guide you what to do on MSN Messenger.
