Please Please has anyone got the latest defintion for Ad-Aware SE Personal. I get an error "cannot retrive update" when I try. Have tried all the "fixes" on Lavasoft website except downloading the deinition from their website in Zip form because their website is not working correctly for me.

Anyone ?? Please.

i just got updates yesterday without a problem, so i'm pretty sure it's not the site. have you tried uninstalling Ad-Aware, running a registry cleaner, and reinstalling?

yeah, i can, but it won't fix your problems in the future. you need to reinstall and determine if your issues run any deeper than just with Ad-Aware.

you can get it here

Uninstalled Ad-Aware, ran RegSeeker, comes up with 854 entries. Some RED, some Green. Should I delete them all?

i haven't used RegSeeker, but as a shot in teh dark, i'd say yes. also run CCleaner, Spybot S&D, and your antivirus. then reinstall Ad-Aware. that should take care of any minor things.
