First off, 70% of your memory is in use. You must have too many apps running in the backgroung.
Second, you could use better media.
Third, your burning speed is too high. You need to slow it down.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

I tried burning at 4x and cleaning up the start up menu I received the same message. The movie is in the temp folder ready to be burned, I also tried to just burn itdirectly through Nero, an received the error, Burn did not complete successfully.
Could it be the DVD burner?

Try some other burning programs like ImgBurn.
How old is the burner?

You need these drivers for your drive, firmware for DVR-108 (NOT AO8!), version 1.20, not the Piodata ones as per Gwendolin said!

(I know this as I have the Piodata & the Pioneer 108 burners.)

It is incredibly unusual for Gwendolin to make a mistake like that. I feel rather guilty pointing it out!

This is a generic brand version of the Pioneer DVR-108. The kernel/normal type of these OEM drives is "PIODATA" You can convert this model to a true DVR-108 to make it region free by flashing a patched firmware onto your drive with DVRFlash along with a "GENERAL" type kernel file. See here.

You can't flash the Pioneers with the Piodata firmware (& vice versa), I have both drives with & each is only flashable by the correct firmware.
