Why does DVD Shrink NOT give me .iso files?

Hello there, maybe someone could provide some guidance....

Wheneve I chose to backup a dvd and pick .iso image, I always get the final backup as a .rar file. It use to give me an .iso file, but now I just get the .rar

Anyone have any idea how I can get it to backup into .iso or know wth is going on with DVD Shrink???

You possibly with win.rar or similar "zip" programs, accidentally on instalation had the button clicked that said "use for all file types" or similar wording. I heard of options like "automatically RAR files over a certain size" also.
Try right clicking on the file, choose OPEN WITH> choose program> then pick a program to associate it to. On the bottom of the scrollbar there is a choice to always open files of this type with this program. Check that box and things should be better. If not, uninstall your .rar program, reinstall without the "use for all file types" or similar box checked.
