I've used DVD Shrink 3.2 for some time now and for movies with 5.1 audio it would only take an hour or two to completely backup a dvd. Then I was having problems backing up some new releases and got DVDFab Decryptor 3. It might be coincidental, but ever since then DVD Shrink takes four hours to backup a DVD, and it makes my pc crawl when I'm analyzing and encoding. I've had this pavillion since only february and havent had problems. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you checked DMA? Are you using Deep Analysis and AEC controls in DVD Shrink?

I've never changed anything in the preferences. I guess you've got me there because I'm not sure. I usually just hit open disc, and then backup, nothing more.
