hey all got a download problem with my PS3,downloads the games upto 95% and then I get an error code of 80029564 "install error" I have downloaded 2 games already but since I upgraded to 1.32 (coincidently) havent been able to d/l anymore games, although I managed to d/l the PS2 formating with no problems, cant c any reference on the Sony site as to error codes and what they mean, so any help here would be hugely appreciated

How do you exit the OS linux set up to go back to the default PS3 OS. Since i am installing the OS but dont have a keyboard or mouse yet i want to go back to the ps3 OS so i can play my new game MADDEN 07(I wanna play so badly!)? Since i dont have a keyboard or mouse yet to finish the installation.
I've looked everywere and couldn't find a solution to exiting besides using a keyboard/mouse.
PLEASE HELP!!

use your pc keyboard. if its ps/2, storse sell a ps/2 to usb converter and it works with a mouse or keyboard.
blazing angels freezes my ps3 in the battle for new georgia mission here and there when i click "restart from checkpoint" after dying.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

Yo i'm on my ps3 using my keyboard to type this. I've had problems with my PS3 when loading like 6 pages from the internet. Ex. I was loading the pages but they wouldn't load to show the page. I would just click Circle and Click Yes to exit. When i exited it would just like freeze there with the thing over the internet icon and i couldn't move it and i could only reset system or Hold the PS sign to pick an option. Either the internet is not connected properely or It's to much KBs/MBs Loading. Can someone tell me if they had the same experience? It happened to me like 4 times, But no biggie 1 reset works fine now. I just want to know if someone had same bug because my PS3 could be only defect or something.

Try getting an official sony keyboard ment for the ps3.

Yo didn't you even read what i said? I said that the PS3 freezes when i load to many pages or if there is to much KB's Loading and the keyboard has nothing to do with it... I have an amzing keyboard it cost me $69.99 Canadian, It's a Logitech Keyboard and only Logitech keyboards work with PS3

@Tyler_911 It might be because of your ps3 is overheating a bit or the ps3 browser cant intake that much kbs. I had the same problems a bit but its worked fine since i havent been using it much. First let me say this- I am not loyal to any one system, i am a GAMER first. Not only am i a fan of vidoe games but i am a fan of business and over the last year it is my opinion that Sony as a business is in BIG trouble.
The PS3 is nothing more then a glorified Blu Rey player. Sony has decorated this player with a videogame system on top. They are forcing customers to become dedicated to Blu Rey whether they choose to or not. Big gamble considering there failures with Beta Max, Mini Disk, UMD's, etc. HD DVD is less expensive and looks just as good and most of all COST LESS. Another problem is MICROSOFT. The Xbox has been out for a whole year and is gaining a pretty nice install base which is constantly growing and what makes matters worse is the iminent price drop that is coming in May, 2007 in conjunction with the release of Halo 3 (wow!!) Another problem--- 3rd party developers are not dedicated to a system like the fans are, they are dedicated to making money. Case in point- Virtua Fighter 5. Sega initially announced this game as a PS3 exclusive but last week it was announced that it will be made for the 360 (i wonder why) Just recently a rumor has surfaced (Virtua Fighter 5 was a rumor too but look what happened) that Tekken 6 will be made for the 360. And recently the maker of Metal Gear Solid has recanted his previous statement that MGS4 can only be made on the PS3 to MGS4 CAN be made on the 360 (i wonder why?)I knew this would happen a year ago. 3rd party developers will start to jump ship.
The PS3 feels rushed and not polished. Simple things like playing custom tracks while playing a game is not possible (cell technology?) Whenever you download something you have to stop playing a game (cell technology?) No universal friends list, friends list only for particular game (why) Xbox does all the above with no problem.
With a year headstart for the Xbox and the Wii selling like hotcakes Sony has put itself in a bad position.
High Price
Loosing exclusive games
no unified internet service
a clunky user interface experience
The only thing thats left is a Blu Rey player and ironically it's the very reason why the Xbox has a year headstart and it's whats going to kill the PS3. Just my opinion.

it resets more than you think. unless you have a 20 giger. even then so your ethernet settings are shot and more. a simple converter for the keyboard you are using now if its not usb would work fine, thats all i was saying. dont give shit and tell me its stupid. reported

I have been having a problem connecting to the Playstation Network and accessing the internet. When i try to connect to the Playstation network it says "An error has occured. You have been signed out of PLAYSTATION Network.(80710B23)"
Added info: It hasn't been working since i updated to 1.32.
I run the internet connection settings and they like all say succeeded

thats the typical network failure code. somethings up with the psn again maybe? this happened on the launch of the gthd too. best bet is wait it out, its what everyone else does.
