You need to shrink you DVD to 4400. Unless you are using high quality DVD's then you can set it to 4440. If you try to burn to close to the edge of the DVD you will get problems.

You should set your book type to [-ROM] for +R DVD's.

I would start with correcting those two problems. Someone else will be able to give you a little more information. I will ask a mod to transfer this post to Nero instead of DVD Shrink.
