I want to edit the file with some kind of software, and make it permanent so that went i burn to a cd and put in my car the bass that i improved is still there. I mean on those limewire program i always see stuff like super bass remixes of songs. Well how do they put that kind of bass in those songs?

In Nero Suites 6 and 7 there is a wave editor which lets you set the equalizer for output. Thats a pay program though and I havent used that specific feature, just looked at the help files to prove it exists and it doesnt look too difficult.
