i just installed 3.03OE-C i put my ISO and CSO files in the ISO folder. but when i will play my games after the psp screen it will load and get stuck. theres no way the game is a bad ISO because i can play them on my 2.71SE-C before i upgrade. why is it like that? i dont have any UMD because before o change to 3.03OE i dont need any UMD to play my ISO games.
do i have to make my kernel to 1.5 or 3.03 when im playing iso?
i tried playing Disney cars, the game works well its in CSO format. and Dynasty warriors works to, its not in cso its in rar files when i view it in my PC how come? i thinks thats not an iso but still it runs. my other games like NBA06, street fighter alpha max, need for speed most wanted freeze. plss help.
PS... i think this version is slow. when it comes to loading games and going back to home menu. 2.71se-c is much faster on loading and goin to home.

bazza01 yes 3.03 oe-c does all that 3.03 does.(and more)
hard24get if your games are untouched they need to work. and you need to turn No UMD on if you do not want to use a UMD.(but some games need a UMD so they work)

what do you mean by untouched? yes im enable my no UMD option so that i will not use any umd to play my games. but still some of the games i used on my last firmware works well w/o hang. when i use this 3.03OE my other game hangs

i have a 1.5 already and i wanted to install 3.10 but do i have to use 3.03 first then upgrade to 3.10. which one is better and can someone tell me why?. thanks alot

My PSP firmware is 3.11, what should I do?
1st PSP = 1.51 > 2.6 > 3.11(waiting for downgrader)
2nd PSP = 1.50 > 3.03oe-c(planing to 3.10eo-a)
Fav. ISOs = Taiko 1 & 2, GripShift, R&C-SM

It is possible to get back to the sony 3.03 version after upgrading to 3.03 OE-C or higher by running the recovery file in the recovery menu (you may have to put the recovery file on your memory stick first). This returns you to 1.5 which can be upgraded to 3.03 or whatever you want. Important Note: you cannot downgrade back to 1.5 from Sony's 3.03 after you have already used the GTA:LCS downgrader glitch to downgrade from 3.03. I have heard that it will for certain damage your PSP but am not 100% sure. Just don't downgrade using that method twice and always do so at your own risk.

Yes, I did but it does not work. BTW, have you tried before or asking me to try? I have almost tried every available method except using dh.
Is there no way to watch a movie iso/umd on a 3.03 OEC?

OMG.... It works!!!
I put off installing this, because I was convinced I would brick my PSP.
To ALL NOOBS, like me, out there.... Just read the instructions and install.... Easy!!!!

I've installed 3.03C, but I get crazy corruption on Virtua Tennis 3. I've tried it on 222 and up and it's the same with all CPU speeds, the crowd are a mass of pixels and the character models don't join together right.

AKqZ you can not so anything whit a 3.11 psp.(there is not downgrader for it)
Ratchet and Clank works but you need 266 or 333mhz
Dailen I think you can use the 3.03 downgrader more then one time.(but why would some one want to update to 3.03)when there is 3.03 OE and 3.10 OE

I was using "DevHook 0.51 + Firmware 3.01" on my PSP and wanted to run the new DragonBall game. The game required firmware 3.03, so I did a google search and found "3.03 OE-C Winstaller.exe". The installation went fine, after an initial re-setup of the PSP, AND the game played.
My initial confusions over what to use are however, now compounded with apprehensions. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE enlighten me and tell me that I have not screwed up my PSP.
It seems that I am no longer using DevHook AND I have upgraded the PSP firmware from 1.5 to 3.03. I was not expecting this.
Am I right in making these statements?
Do I no longer need/use DevHook for now AND future games; what happens when the newer games require a higher firmware?
Can I easily go back to firmware 1.5 using "1.50 Recovery Winstaller.exe" IF I wanted, when a new DevHook comes out OR if "Winstaller.exe" is not upgraded?
And finally, have I applied the "right" firmware file? It seems that there are OE-A and OE-A' and 3.10 versions of the winstaller; what are the differences bewteen them and/or should I have used one of them?
Please put my mind at ease; It's my boy's PSP.

Can someone help me? I have 3.02 firmware and I want to install the 3.03 firmware that is homebrew compatible. Can you only upgrade to that if you are currently on the 2.75, and how would i get that if that is the case?
