I successfully downgraded with ta082, then upgraded to dark alexes 3.03, and my final fantasy tactics iso will not load, saying "corrupted data." I put the entire folder, which consists of an eboot and keys and document, into the iso folder that is available on 3.03. What is wrong? Could it be my iso?
Also, Hexitnow, I am having trouble upgrading from 3.03 oec to 3.10. I used the software from psp-hacks.com, could that be a problem. It gives me an error every time I try to upgrade.

nearly bro, but ps1 games are diffrent to iso's
put the key,eboot and doc in a folder called SCUS94154
then put that in game

3.03 oe-whatever, there's serveral is older, its a hybrid of 1.5 and 3.03
3.10 oe-a cant customize icons, so thats why i use 3.03 oe-c

So... Pardon me.... Absolute newbie and really confused....
(How often do you hear that comment ??)
I have 2.6 installed from a game....
If I install 3.10OE-A I will be able to play ISO's located in the ISO folder.... correct ???
Is 3.03AE-C newer or older than 3.10OE-A ??

we heard that a lot
downgrade to 1.5 first, then install 3.03 oe-c
3.10 oe-a is newer, but peple use 3.03 oe-c because it is easier to customize and 3.10 oe-a doesn't have as good compatability

i need to know somethin'.if i am gonna upgrade my psp using this winstaller, did i need to format my mem stick? if i need to, where? in the pc or in my psp?
and also i dont need to disturb my dh folder right? and also other folder if no formating involve right?

but another one thing, about the recovery mode. when should i use it? when it semi brick while upgrading or sometime after upgrdng?

charlywho if you have 3.03 OE or 3.10 OE you do not need Devhook. and yes you can go back to 1.5
Bill3Hill do you have 3.02 or 3.02 OE?
if you have a 3.02 you need a 1.5 psp to use this.
ps1 game go in a folder in GAME.
iso's go in the ISO folder.(this is only one file)
use the installer from here to update.
iceman855 yes you can go from 1.5 to 3.10oea.
luffypsp you do not need to format the MS. and yes the recovery mode is for semi brick psp.(or to go back to 1.5)
hemppmeh try them out and you tell me.(the diffrence between them is only the FW #)
Alianne this works on all psp's.
phredd99 the # of the FW tell you what is the new one.

I installed 3.03 OE-C Winstaller.exe, but when I realized that I had changed the firware, plus some other things happening, I got uneasy and wanted to go back to 1.5. I tried to install & used 1.50 Recovery Winstaller.exe, all I could see (new) was a corrupted icon. Needless to say, that didn't work, so now I'm still at 3.03 OE-C - at least the PSP still working and not a brick.

So am i better to find a way (Maybe on this site) to upgrade to 2.71 (2.60) to enable me to use 3.03 AE-C installation ?
Getting a copy of GTA as required is not happening. I bought a copy but its the wrong one. Its the same as the rental from the local shop.
Doesn't it say I can upgrade from 2.71 ? is this a real option for me.
I found a 2.71 firmware on this site that might help.

Yes, I did change the setting. However, when I press start to load the movie, the screen just turn black and hang.

1.5 is the idle version to use for homebrew. 3.03 OE-C is a homebrew firmware that allows you to use all the features of 1.5 along with the features of 3.03. 3.03 OE-C is by Dark Alex http://www.dark-alex.org.

Please help me! I gave my PSP ver 3.11 to my classmate. I bought a new PSP ver 1.50. I upgraded it to ver 3.03 oe-c, it load R&C_SM.iso very well. But it doesn't load GTA_VCS_USA_PSP.iso, please teach me how to make it load?
1st PSP = 1.51 > 2.6 > 3.11(waiting for downgrader)
2nd PSP = 1.50 > 3.03oe-c(planing to 3.10eo-a)
Fav. ISOs = Taiko 1 & 2, GripShift, R&C-SM

have u tried putting ur umd disc in the umd drive? i've done that (many games but not yet 4 GTA) n it works well. make sure the umd is a demo or game umd disc but not the movie umd.

Holy Moly! I gave all my UMDs to my mate, and school easter holidays started from today. Now I have to wait untill easter holidays over to try that...
1st PSP = 1.51 > 2.6 > 3.11(waiting for downgrader)
2nd PSP = 1.50 > 3.03oe-c(planing to 3.10eo-a)
Fav. ISOs = Taiko 1 & 2, GripShift, R&C-SM

yo i got the 3.03OE-C thanks HEX! but homebrews made for 1.50 dont work now! My homebrews are in PSP:/GAME/. where should they be i heard they be in GAME150? which should be in?

Hello to all
I have at the momennt 3.02OE-B
Im geting problems upgrading to 3.10 oe OR 3.03 oe
Im using a wininstaler.
After everithing is instaled i have 3.10 OE-A firmware install , i press and it stays on a screen for 15 seconds with psp....and power off.
Help ?
