kinel use this winstaller, for 3.52 m33,it worked great for me and a few others on here, its foreign but still easy to follow, just keep clicking next, then choose the top option which is install 3.52 m33 from 1.50,plug your psp into your comp, enter usb mode, and let the winstaller install your files into your psp, then exit usb mode,go into games on your memory stick and your 3.52 m33 installer will be there, just go into it and follow the prompts (its in english by this point lol!!!)

yep,my advice would be to install this- the 3.52 m33 is the larest firmware and will play all the latest games, plus its current firmware so updates and patches are still being developed for it.

no probs, what you need to do is go into system settings, scroll down to format memory stick, and format your memory stick, once formatted plug your psp into your comp, enter usb mode and in your removable drive which will show up on your comp you will have a folder named iso, just drag and drop your games into there, once done exit usb mode, access your memory stick from the games option and your games will show up

try this its an iso compressor that compresses and converts your isos,i always compress mine to the cso format which this will do.Oh by the way there is a few updates you need to put on your psp now,3.52 m33 is now on its 4th update (3.52 m33-4 )
you will find the updates on psp hacks.com.

Ahsan 2 things for you to check- first go into your system settings and scroll down to your umd autostart- make sure that its turned off. secondly boot your psp into the recovery menu and try changing your umd mode- to boot into the recovery menu first turn off your psp by holding the power switch at the top for a few secs, then turn your psp back on but whilst doing so keep your right trigger pulled in,you should then get a black screen with m33 recovery menu at the top, scroll down to configuration enter it,and scroll down to umd mode, change it so that no umd is reqd to play your games, then exit back to your main screens.
failing this i would look at installing daerk alexs 3.40oe and see if you like that better, there is a good winstaller for it here

Well everytime you install it; it should have the setteings set already. And just one question, since the new Psp Slim came out, do you think that will eventually just give up on creating CFW for the original Psp? Because I hear about the new CFW 3.60 M33 for the PSP Slim and there should be an update for the original Psp by now.

First post on the forum. Just a quick thanks to the people who have provided a wealth of information on all this. Downgraded to 1.50 a year or so ago and have been waiting for the newer CFW to develop. Top stuff to all involved, it's been flawless.
I'm now 3.52 M33-4 and couldn't be happier.
downunder.

Just been googling about on the internet and found out the brains behind team m33 is no other than dark alex himself- he has been hiding under a different name thats all, anyway he has just released the next custom firmware it outdates 3.52 m33-4.
its now 3.71 m33 i have just installed it it seems fine you can get it here from his official website

I dont get your question. are you asking how to use a winstaller to get to 3.52 M33? The use of the winstaller is that it will put all of the needed files in the right folders on your memory card so you wont have a hard time putting them and eventually making a mistake. try to google for the update 4 of 3.52 M33. its usually found in www.dl.qj.net
psplife: Ceramic White 2.71 TA-082> 1.5> 3.03OE-C> installed custom themes> semibricked on the 3rd try> 1.5> 3.30OE-A> 3.10OE-A'> 3.03OE-C> 3.40 OE-A> 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33 update 4 > 3.71M33 > 3.71M33-3
