Has anyone experienced this problem? Up until around Christmas I could use DVD Decryptor and Shrink simultaneously (different movies) and surf the Internet w/o problems. Now I can only do one program and that's it due to it taking up so much of my systems resources. I have a gig of RAM memory and a Athlon 2.5 processor and up until a month and a half ago I had no problems. My daughter got a few SIMS games for Christmas and has played them without problems. I know Shrink really uses a lot of the processor (has been up to 100% routinely while using Shrink) but have never experienced so much of a system slow down when using Shrink and Decryptor at the same time. Anyone else experienced this and can offer a solution?

Below are a few things to look for:

1) DMA - make sure all your DMA are On/Available.
2) Make sure to defrag your hard drive at least once a week.
3) Clean all your temp and cookies files always before "turning off" your computer.
4) Run Disk Cleanup or CCleaner at least twice a week.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

You really shouldn't be decrypting, shrinking, and surfing, all at the same time. As you said shrink takes up almost 100% processor. What's left for the other programs?
