update your Nero to a newer verison, make sure you have the latest firmware for your drive/burner and use good media like Taiyo Yuden and or Verbatim burning no faster than 8x

also edit your keycode out of your post

You have a drive in DMA Off. That could easily cause the other problems. Go into the Device Manager, expand the IDE ATA/ATAPi Controlers and uninstall the channel with the drive on it. Usually the secondary. Then Reboot. Record the output files to the hard drive and then use Nero Express with a simulation burn. Then post the simulation burn here. Before you do the burn though, check the firmware for your drive(s) as abcd suggested.

I think this is the last version that auto burn will work w/Shrink.
nero version 6.6.0.18 updates:
http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

Your DVD Media has mixed reviews. Both the DVDs metioned are the best but I use Ritek. 600 discs burnt and 3 coasters.

I think everyone will agree, take care of the DMA problem and check the firmware first.

I think this is a RAID control board. The DMA may not be an option.

The burner is new from LG and if it is OEM it will be hell to get a update on the firmware.

Media is the problem!

That would be strange with one drive having DMA On and one with DMA Off. We're talking optical drives here.

Looking at the log more closely, it isn't the listed burner with the DMA off. But here are relevant errors in the log:

Insert empty disc to write to.
(Medium in drive: unknown. Medium required by compilation: DVD.)
---------------------------------
Status: 0x04 (0x01, SCSI_ERR)
HA-Status 0x00 (0x00, OK)
TA-Status 0x02 (0x01, SCSI_TASTATUS_CHKCOND)
Sense Key: 0x04 (KEY_HARDWARE_ERROR)

Not reading the disc and hardware error. I'd tend to the hardware. Update the firmware if necessary. Get the one drive back to DMA on (if possible). Then record the video output to the HD and do a sim burn with Nero express and compare logs. Humor us.

Sometimes the drive doesn't like a particular media because the firmware hasn't been updated. I've updated firmware on drives fresh out of the box. In their hurry to market items, manufacturers get the drives out and worry about getting the firmware right later. Plus new media sometimes requires drive firmware updates. Like I said, take care of the hardware and then look at the media. That is unless it's obvious the media is a piece of crap. In that case get known good media and try again.
