I play custom games with my friends that HAVE mods. They've had their mods for like 4months... And how do we play our mods then? Do we play in Splitscreen mode then?

Xport is 49.99 as to the XSATA is 49.99. The XSATA looks better so i guess there isn't anything wrong with the Xport. The Xport just doesn't look as good as the XSATA. Besides this guy FUZ3 used it on his demonstration.

ok FuZ3 i got a problem i didn't backup any of my maps can u help out like download the orignal maps, i'm gona start over and make my own and everytime i use dothalo and then extrat meta and then inject after that is done in like 10secs the dothalo freezes what should i do??? download it again? and i need the orignal maps too for back up ty and u have been so much of help

cfults- no, its just dulled down version but the same exact thing and alot cheaper is 20 at bestbuy and XSATA is hard to find in stores if you dont like the internet shopping idea and its $50, well im not too sure but i dont think so because you have to extract things and then open in a pictured editor so, my answer is no
xyroe- you can play on xbox live if you like paying for new accounts every 6 hours or you can play locally splitscreen or even on someting like xbox connect or xlink kai......no the XSATA is harder to find not online and is $50 and the XPORT is found in places like bestbuy more commonly and is $20 by me in NY
shiv1292- do you have .NET framework 2.0?
tryingmod - double check with Fuz but download it and test it our, if your looking for cheating mod dont come here for them and this mod is not for it i can tell you that

i just wanna mod in customs.. but i do want super speed and super jump. does downloading these maps give you the ability to do that? im new at this.

Like Starchy said, you need the .Net Framework to run DotHalo and pretty much all the other modding programs out there.
If you want super speed and auto-aim then read some tutorials on how to use DotHalo. It's actually pretty self-explanatory but some things are hard to figure out.
Also if you forgot to backup your maps then just delete the ones off your Xbox 360 harddrive and then redownload them and be sure to back them up this time.
Also cfultz, there is a certain version of DotHalo that allows you to view, save, and import bitmaps for skinning.
One last thing, you don't neccessarily need Xport360 or XSATA but those are the most commonly used adapters. Both will work fine and are made by Datel/CodeJunkies. XSATA runs for $49.99 and Xport 360 for $39.99

So the Xport is 20.00 @ Best Buy? And they do the same thing? Thats a good deal. But, whats' the catch? I heard that XSATA plays all, the original XBox games. Thats a deal to me. I'm still stickin' with the XSATA. (I'm savin' up money for it still)

Is there any other way to hook up your 360's HDD to your computer, without using Xport or XSATA?

ty for the idea but i downloaded net framework 2.0 but after i inject like 5 or 6 meta and save and fix encrpt it freezes so then i have to wait like 10 mins for it to unfreeze and i have to exit out dothalo

the catch is that the XSATA just look nicer on top of the 360 but if your PC is farther away or not portable then thats when the XPORt comes in and you can take of your harddrive and put it on the dock

hey sorry to bother you again but also when i go to download .net framework: IT GIVES ME THE OPTION TO:
FIND SAVE CANCEL
when i save and open it it tells me its lost and to find it and the same things happen with dot and ppf noobs pack, so i am begging someone to send me the programs already functional and downloaded at:
