Oh sorry. I downgraded to 1.5, then upgraded to 3.52 M33 custom firmware. And because of that, I deleted all of my Devhook files. You should be able to find a 3.11 dump somewhere. Maybe here, http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=55270 ? Don't use the installer as it is for 1.5/CFW. But you can install the files in a folder on your computer. It should contain a 3.11 dump.
My PSP Firmware History: 2.60 had to return the PSP because it had a dead pixel > new PSP had firmware 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33 > 3.71 M33 with 1.50 kernel

Copy 4 folders from /1.5 Eboots/MS_ROOT/PSP/Game to YourPSP:/PSP/GAME
OK Now go game and go to Devhook Firmware Installer. Press Circle. (IT becomes reversed after enabling 1.50)
Now it should come up with a blue screen with white text telling you stuff. Press X to install it.
Under firmware select 3.11. And hit start.
Go to your system settings and it should be 3.11!"
Though apparently they say that the O and X buttons change functions meaning instead of pressing X to open or run something, you press O. And to cancel something, you press X. Or, you could downgrade using touran22's guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/441460. That's what I did seeing as there will probably be no more updates for Devhook and games run faster in custom firmware because the PSP no longer has to run the original firmware as well as emulating a firmware as well as running a game. But it's really up to you because there is a small chance of you bricking. But downgrading and upgrading to custom firmware is as safe as upgrading to official Sony firmware.
