Hopefully there will be a 3.11 downgrader soon because i need it too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO, not 3.30 mate, 3.03 is the highest firmware that can be downgraded as of now.
To use it you must have a UMD of GTALCS in order to run the downgrade.

so ur saying i should stay at 3.11 because another team might release a downgrader? is this one of those "KEEP HOPE ALIVE!" situations?
my psp past: 2.sumthin>3.03>....3.11>=[ me not ever tounching an update again.

upgrading is really ur choice. i would wait, and if he comes out with a 3.11 downgrader next, then downgrade. if he comes out with a 3.30 downgrader, then upgrade
to check which moBo u have, there should be some writing in the umd slot somewhere, like a bunch of numbers

95% that there will not be a 3.11 downgrader. Very HIGH chance of a 3.30 downgrader will come out(dont know when). NO point of making a 3.11 downgrader when u can simply upgrade to 3.30 then downgrade back to 1.5 IF it comes out. By then 3.30 OE would surely be released.

To check which motherboard you have, open your UMD door. Turn the PSP so the screen is facing away from you. Look inside, at the top-right corner, and if you have a TA-082/83 board, you should have a line of like eight numbers, and you have to get the special downgrader for your board (not sure if it works for the TA-083, though). If there's nothing there, you have a homebrew freindly board, the first edition motherboard, and you should be able to downgrade right away.
Provided you haven't upgraded higher than 3.03 Sony FW.

Seriously guys i know im a noob and shit when it comes to psp's but even i can say look at GOOGLE for god's sake and stop being a lazy ass. Why do you think GOOGLE is called a search browser? I only ask questions when i researched all i can about the topic and i cant find any real anwser.

I have a program that lets you copy books from online to your psp
its called jpegbook type that in google download it from psp411 there it sould tell u every thing you need to know it is realy easy go to this website it gives you good things to copy from http://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/.

y dont all of you noobs just stfu!! just wait patiently. did you guyz read what chanman1 said? dont do nothing to ur psp yet until a downgrader comes out, if its a 3.11 downgrader..were all happy, if its a 3.30 downgrader, well all just upgrade it to 3.30 and then downgrade it, jeez -_-

Its amazing how many forums I have come across that have a bunch of Noobz asking the same question... "Can I downgrade my 3.1/3.11 psp? And why Not?"
simple answer is NO. You shouldn't have upgraded in the first place and now you have to wait, from what I hear there might be a 3.3 downgrader soonish but 3.1/3.11 just didn't have enough changes for DAX to bother with.... So now you 3.1ners have to sit and wait and stop asking the same thing over and over

christ if people are asking its because they dont know dont blame them for attempting to attain knowledge you dont have to read the threads or reply..the only time i think it would be just cause to trash people who ask about downgraders over and over is when its consuming bandwidth to a point of exhaust just dont be a jerk and call people who ask morons and whatever else

if some other people alo do this ( alot of people lredy are ) easy way to get another is to do this. Get all the homebrew things you can on your psp. Suck as vista, or stuff like that. Then go trade it with someone who dosent know about or cant get it.
