Can you tell me if I can download DVD Shrink using Window Vista Home Premium ?

That should be easy to try. Download it and see if it works and then report back to us. Many of us don't have Vista and are reluctant to try it because of the added Digital Rights Management (DRM). You can do your part to add to the information base. Arniebear said Vista was such a pain with his software not working that he installed XP on his PC that came with Vista.
