I have a decrypted 3.30 topmenu, but in RCO Editor 1.13b it says that its an invalid RCO, therefore cant be customized.

i dont think you need to use the actual 3.30 topmenu_plugin.rco to have it working...try using a premade topmenu_plugin.rco because i have heard from a few people that the icons do work on 3.30 oe-a

you can customize them, it just wont semi-brick ur psp like if you were to try it in 3.10 OE ;)
use a 2.60 decrypted topmenu....should be okay...

ok i just posted this under another thread by accident. if a mod could delete it from that one that would be cool. Ive been on 3.11 sinse i got my psp from a buddy who never used it and when he did he bought the games wasnt into the psp modding scene at all. So im farly new. Do i need to upgrade to 3.30 before runing this file? i tryed runinng this intaller from my psp under 3.11 but im nto sure how to acces the file or im doing something wrong.....sorry guys...im new ha

naw man you can only upgrade to this one from 1.5 so you are gonna be waiting a while for a downgrader, for now play umd's.

oh man........thank god i posted my question haha.....the update just finshed downlaoding on my memory stick....phew......i have no problem waiting for it......like i siad i just got this and am having enough fun with gta so thnaks agin man

Yeah man, any time. Just wait for a downgrader, when it comes out you wont miss it it'll be just about everywhere, even more popular then 3.30oe-a.

UPDATE***
Topmenu_plugin.rco is deflated but non-editable...and 2.5-2.60 topmenu will not work with this OE (I have tried, and already semi-bricked my psp)....bloody hell....back to OE-C

I've been stuck with SONY's official 3.11 firmware since I got my PSP. I've been watching the scene waiting for a 3.11 downgrader, but of course, no luck. And then I see the 3.30oe release today. There are a few things I'm not yet sure about:
Is the 3.30 custom firmware compatible with my TA_082 motherboard? Do I still need a downgrader or something, OR can I just update from SONY's 3.11 Official firmware to DARK_ALEX's 3.30 oe custom firmware?

I was on 3.30 OE-A for about five minutes then i recoverd back to 1.5 then to 3.03 oe-c

Well i tried to put 3.30 OE but it says to Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you
are in any SE/OE version. Get the 1.50 and 3.30 Sony updaters (of any region, because all are
currently the same), and copy them in the oeupdmaker directory with the names 150.PBP and 330.PBP.
and i dont know how to do that can you help me please i dont have that oeupdmaker

I saved the 3.30 OE download in the psp/game but when i go in the psp it says corrupted data

@Scoobybn, i answered you in another thread, you cannot run homebrew on OFFICAL 3.30.
You cannot upgrade OE custom firmware from OFFICAL firmware.

u should of just reflashed 3.03 OE-C no need to go back to 1.5 becuase teh oeflasher has the abilty to flash over nay firmware soo long as u have a 1.5 subset. which OE flashes to get teh 1.5 goddies.
