Hi again lyndon70,

Looks cloning is ok, the usual null modem lead L17BT and plug in the second box last.

When you go back to the site, have a look in the shout box, I asked fergusb and he said it's ok, but you watch it through the TV.when cloning.

Hope this helps you LYNDON brother.

Hi Lyndon70,

If you go the link under my picture at the bottom of the page you will see the link for EAMOS lIBRARY

Theres alot of info about the eurovox box there.
Fergus is going to do a document that will guide you through the cloning process and will probably post or upload it to eamos library.

Hope this helps you brother

Hi lyndon,

I just uploaded a file regarding eurovox cloning to the link below.

http://www.speedyshare.com/160984301.html

It has two sets of instructions in the one document, first page is if the clone goes bad and has to be redone, the second page is instructions to clone normally.

Hope this helps you lyndon brother.

Hi gerbhoy,

Welcome to the forum.

GO to menu
user installation
manual search....OK
a box will appear.

On channel number, change this number to the one after the last number that you have stored on your box.
You have 127, set the channel number at 128.
Change the symbol rate to 6887
Leave the constellation at 64QAM

Search by network........ON

And click search.
During the search a small number of channels will be found.

One of them will be the one you are looking for.
Select view to save them all.
They will be stored from channel 128 onwards.
Delete the ones you already have stored and delete where you originally had the channel you were looking for.
Then move the new channel you were looking for to the location you require.

Hi WITKO,

I have been searching for answers to you problem and can't find a definitive answer.

If you unplug the box, it may cause the scrambling because the box might have to be reset itself when plugged back in. (I have seen this on starviews)

Or it could have something to do with saving your settings.

Just leave the box on standby and see what happens.

I just uploaded PVR-C100 manual under replay-documation in eamo's library, link under my photo.

All credit for this manual to fergusb and BarnsleyBill, two very helpful people.

Sorry I could not be more helpful, but hopefully I have pointed you in the right direction and I will keep on looking, only other thing I can think of is the latest software is not up to scratch, had you this problem with previous software?

Kind Regards,

Brian

Hi Ciaran87.

Welcome to the forum.

You need to go to the link below my picture at the bottom of the page.

Go to the replay folder,

In Documentation folder download the file ?flashing the replay lite?
This is a guide that you show you how to update your box, step by step.

In the firmware folder,
Download the 752 file to your desktop.
This is the file that needs to be transferred to your replay lite box.

In the software folder,
Download the stblink 5.20 to your desktop.
This is the programme that will transfer the 752 file to your replay lite.

Go to Maplins and buy a Null Modem Lead Part Number L71BT
Don?t accept anything other than L71BT, there are similar leads.

Then follow the instructions on ?flashing the replay lite? Document.

The most important part of the procedure is when you have everything hooked up and the file is going from your Computer, the red/green light on your replay lite will blink slowly, when your computer reads all blocks transferred, WAIT another couple of minutes, it takes the box a while to read the updated file, You will know the transfer was successful when the red/green light is blinking much more faster than it did when you could see the files visibly transfer.

It takes roughly four minutes from the time when the new file is going from your computer to the replay lite box to be complete.

But wait for the extremely fast blinking red/green light.

Hope this helps you brother.

Got to go and now and take the DAGS for walkies.

Hope you like DAGS

This is a 2006 version and yes you can. But if you got it recently it is probably a clone so only put the Feb firmware on it as any versions after that will brick the box.

Click the link at the end of my post called SV EV Info.
