Hi Damo,
1. Dissconnect the hard drive from your box.
2. Clone the box with a replay lite.
3. Flash the box with 744 then 751 files for the replay Box.
4. Reconnect the hard drive.
If this works you might have to record something on the hard drive so the box recognises it.
These boxes work best with a Sega hard drive.
If it doesn't work, PM me your mobile number and I will try to get it up and running for you. I am just down the road from you.

Hiya there, Can anyone help me please. I switched on my replay lite box this morning and there is a No Signal display on TV. I tried searching for the channels again but nothing has came up. I would be grateful if someone can help. Thanks Lynn

Hi Lynn,
First thing, is your cable company doing work in your area, that might be the reason you have no signal.
If there is a signal going into your Replay Lite, Do a factory Reset.
Menu...Factory Default.....OK
Your channels might come back after doing this, Sometimes they do , sometimes they dont.
If not do your scan,
Start Freq 290
End Freq 691
Symbol Rate: 6887/6952
Constellation 64 Qam
Search by Network....ON
When all the channels are found....Select VIEW.
If you get 0000:scrambled
Go to menu,
User Installation
Parental lock
Current password 0000
Parental lock ?off
Install lock ----off
New password 7777
Confirm password 7777
Exit to TV Screen,
You need to go to parental lock again
Current password
Type 7777
Goto key manager.
Current key----ok
Auto update -----off

need your help again mate this time can you put me in the right direction on my euro vox max3.
the problem I've got is the kids have messed about with the setting's on it.(don't know what he's done to it).
now all i got is the red standby light,the box won't come on

I don't know much about the Euromax 3 box, so I think you would be better off going to

The people on there will be able to help you, as thet is where all the Eurovox problems are sorted.
They are very good and should have you up and running in no time.

hi Brian,i have a box that is called an ADE it looks identical to the replay lite box .the box is used in barbados to watch multi-choice tv.it had sw:7.41 on it but that has timed out, i flashed it with 752 but i can't get in to the current key section to put in my keys .my provoder id is x01d which i aint seeing in the nagra section.when i do a auto scan with my freq and rates i aint gettin nuttin.if u have any advice i would appriciate it .i'v read almost all,of the forums and tried every way u all recommended to get in to the current key, but nuttin aint work . i think the old hw was 1763-1.0cs200. any solutions i would try thanks

Hi Jigga-Man,
I myself hae never heard of the ADE box, I searched the web for info about, but found nothing.
So I'm not sure what software would work with your box.
I doubt any of the software for the replay lite would work for you as that software is set up to work with provider ID's, Ox5B Telepest, Ox5D ex Cable and Wireless and Ox55 nhell.
The Replay Lite will only work with the above cable providers.

thanks for the assistance, i'll keep looking. keep up the good work. by any chance do u know of any other boxes that look the same way as the replay lite but goes by anothe name , may be i may get some support if their is. thanks.ps google [ade1763fta] and u will find little on the box. thanks once more

Repay lite software won't work with that.

I wonder if the software for the newish MMDS boxes would do anything for ya? I don't think it will but someone with one of them might have an idea.

Hi All,
I have just got a Replay Lite and it has caused me much strife. It came with firmware v752. Failed to get it to work. I am in Ma***ide with Ch**us. I have followed all of the suggestions on this forum incl:
- Upgrading firmware to 756
- Changing provider ID to 0x5E ( box defaults back to 0x01)
- inputing keys as suggested
- Doing all of the 7777 and exiting bit until I am blue in the face
- The last thing I did was change firmware to a 752IE version which I found and seemed to be specifically for Ireland.
- All firmware changes were successfull and I confirmed them from receiver info menu.
The receiver is now sitting there with just a red light on. The little manual is saying it is in standby mode and to press the standby button. I can't find it even with my glasses on. have tried every button on the remote to no avail.
Has anyone got this working with Ch**rus in Ma***ide? Should I give up? Throw it in the bin? What box would work?

Hi tf56,
I had loads of trouble trying to get the Replay Lite box working on Ch&rus in Swords.
I did everything possible for 1 week and got loads of help on these forums and it just didnt work.
I brought it back and I am now in the process of ordering a Eurovox which i have been told by several people will work with Ch&*us.

hi Brian, just been told by a fellow replay liter, that he has heard that from march the replay lites may become redundunt due to knew software from certain cable companies..have you heard anything yourself and if so do you think this info is correct or a load of tosh cooked up by scaremongerers?..as you are my main source of infomation and trustworthy i thought i would ask. thanks

I haven't heard anything yet and I just did the rounds on the other forums I am on.
Nobody I know has heard that rumour yet.
I think if the cable compamy's had a solution they would implement it as soon as possible and not give us notice that they were going to do it a couple of months down the road.
There are always lots of scare stories going around, but it wouldn't suprise me if the cable companies had something up their greedy sleeve's.
If they charged people a fair rate for their product more people would use it and not resort to other means.
But if they do something, hopefully there will be a solution.
