yes your right mogser its no big deal i just thought there may be a setting i may have missed.. basically when i am flicking through the stations it sticks on 1 station for maybe 20-30 seconds and there is nothing you can do but it no biggie i just thought i would pass it on for future reference.. cheers anyway bro..

Hey Lads, as i said before i just got new replay lite, out of the box i was able to get all channels but could not view them, so i read through the forum. I uploaded 742a, then 910 and after it couldn't find any channels. i noticed that when i put power back on to box after upload it flashed green/red then green for 2 secs and then went constant red, is this right as it says that it should be green.

Cheers gman, got it working ok. I presume ntl sligo is also 6887 and search from 290 to 419, or maybe not?

I have been told that sligo is chorus. also I have the replay lite working on my mmds, didn't relise it would work on it, mite keep it and flog of my eurovox

Could some help me with a little question :)
Have the latest updates on my unit ' been running sweet up till about last weekend , noticed in the week i cant watch sky anymore or certain channels when i got to the channel it kicks the drops the channel ' the tv scatters the signal its only on about 40 channels but the channels are the best ,i have an updated box and have hade no problems till last week anyone having prolems of this nature or could anyone point me in the right direction of fixing the problem , thanks ...

Ok can someone please help b4 my head explodes. I'm trying to flash my brothers replay lite with all the necessary firmwear, I have read through previous pages and downloaded all the necessary files. But when I open STB 5.20 I get Communication Status: Connection Unestablished. How do I get the connection?
I'm using the correct cable as I have flashed my Eurovox. What am I doing wrong
Havent got a clue wat to do

Are you sure the COM port number on the PC is set to the same as STBlink?
You can set it by doing the following.
How to change the COMM. Port number in Windows.
Do the following.
START
Right Click "MY COMPUTER"
Choose "MANAGE"
In the resulting window, click on "DEVICE MANAGER"
In the right hand pane, click on the little plus sign beside "PORTS" in the right hand pane.
Right click on the USB Adapter (Should be something like ?USB Serial Port COM # or "Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm. Port (COM#) or ?Communications Port? (COM #) )
Choose "Properties"
Click on "PORT SETTINGS" TAB
Click on "ADVANCED"
Then you will see the COM Port Number Box. You should be able to change it there using the drop down box.
Try to set it to COM2
Restart Windows (If necessary but normally not required)
Set STBLink to COM2 & try to connect.
If that fails try another port number.

Hi 07Steve.....notwithstanding that you're on the wrong bit of the forum for thsi one I think you need to press menu then type 1570 to go into the installation menu, code 0000, then set the auto update (can't remember if this is correct term or not) and if it's set to OFF change it to ON and then exit the menu. Did this for a buddy on Sunday last while Padraig was winning the USPGA and it worked fine....Cheers..The Scaldy One!!!!!

hi i live in leicestershire and recently bought a replay lite box uploaded osd 910 through stb link 6 and got 213 channels however i dont have sky sports 1,2,3, but do however get sky sports extra. ive cleared and reinstalled programme search a few times and still no luck any suggestions?

Who's your service provider. If the channels aren't available with your service provider you can't get them on the box.

my service provider is virgin media (ntl) in east midlands. and they do have these channels on there own cable boxes.

Well if you look at gman's post about 5 or 6 up you will see a uk channel list and frequencies. If you click on that it should give you what you need.
