im having problems with backing up a dvd any dvd ive checked that my pc is in dma mode and it is and i have done a disc clean and defragment and that is ok i have uninstalled and reinstalled DVD Shrink and it is still taking 1 hour and 20 minutes to back up can anyone help me
Also do u need Nero for DVD Shrink to work

Welcome to the forum. I have a feeling that you are using all of the Quality Enchancements in Shrink and depending on how you are doing the DVD ( Movie only vs. Whole Disk) it might take that long if the systems specs of your computer are slow. What are your system specs ( computer CPU, Ram)?
Below are some guides that you can use and you can use Imgburn instead of Nero to Burn. Imgburn is free.
