NO! IT DEPENDS! If he's on 1.50, then he has to put the .ISO file in the ISO folder in the root of his PSP and he has to put the two files of DevHook in GAME.
If he's on a costom firmware, he only has to put the .ISO file in the ISO folder in the root of his PSP.
To go to a costom firmware, you have to first be on 1.50 and I reccomend you go on 3.40 OE-A costom firmware.

I guess the original poster of this thread wasn't really interested in knowing how to get downloaded games onto his PSP...Thats too bad-I was going to suggest he give PSPblender a try...
secKEn-if you are using custom firmware, first format your memory stick so it will create the correct folders for you, then take your iso's and put them in the ISO folder in the root of your memstick..if you are having trouble with games loading and freezing up your PSP, it could be one of two things-you have a bad iso rip which is not uncommon-try finding a different one if need be. Or, you have a fake memory stick..To find out if thats the case, scroll over to the "memory stick" icon in your PSP menu and hit triangle so you get the information bar-select that and you will see the capacity and free space, along with the MagicGate text-if yours says "unknown", or "unsupported" after magicgate-its fake and it will cause the problems you are having.

When using ISO's on a PSP, you also need to have a UMD in the drive.

unless you go to recovery menu and enable no umd in drive. i prefer to have one in tho, preferably a good game, so if u get bored of iso's, u can play the umd lol.

drag and drop-or copy and paste, whichever you prefer....
also watch the multiple posting-I answered that for you already on a thread you hijacked...
You should format your memory stick from the psp menu (back up your data first) and it will create the correct folders for you..place your ISO games into the ISO folder in the root of your memstick..If you are running eboot files, they go in the GAME150 folder, make sure your kernel is set to 1.50 via the recovery console..if you dont know how to access the recovery mode-search...
